Please include the information shown on the right hand box when you raise support ticket below 

To help us resolve your issues as quickly & efficiently as possible – we need you to provide us with the following information.

  • Your Unique Customer ID (CID Number)
  • The device name, make & model
  • The product type & version
  • When the problem started
  • If the device/Product is under manufacturer’s warranty
  • Previous Reference number (if this was logged previously)
  • Contact name and number for follow-ups
