To help us resolve your issues as quickly & efficiently as possible – we need you to provide us with the following information.
- Your Unique Customer ID (CID Number)
- The device name, make & model
- The product type & version
- When the problem started
- If the device/Product is under manufacturer’s warranty
- Previous Reference number (if this was logged previously)
- Contact name and number for follow-ups
